Hosted by Training Magazine Office, “The Annual Meeting for the Training and Development of Chinese Enterprises” has been offering practical and effective services to Chinese enterprises, by always adhering to the tenet of “taking the lead in the latest philosophy of enterprise training and management; exchanging practical experience in the organization of personnel development; promoting the healthy development of the market of enterprise training”, and the principle of “specialization, practicality and high-end”. Since it was held for the first time in 2005, five sessions of it have been held successfully, with more than 4,000 people having attended this meeting accumulatively. It has become one of the grandest and most influential meetings for the people in the training circle of Chinese enterprises to exchange views with one another.
Hosted by Training Magazine, the Forum of Training Directors aims to circulate and popularize the latest philosophy and technology in the field of training and development, enhance the theoretical and practical level of management for the training and development of Chinese enterprises, and reinforce the influence of training managers. It is a leverage platform for high-level managers in the Chinese field of training and development to exchange views and cooperate with one another.
In order to promote and encourage enterprises to train their personnel, and commend those enterprises having made active exploration, accumulated rich experience and made special accomplishments in the aspect of personnel training, and individuals having made outstanding contributions in the process, the Training Magazine Office of Xinhua Daily Press Group, in cooperation with more than ten specialized institutions (including National Development Research Institute of Peking University, the Business School of Nanjing University, and the Research Institute of the Management over the Human Resources of Enterprises of Fudan University) and such media as sina, net. and ChinaHRD.net, has been launching a campaign of soliciting, appraising and selecting “the best annual practical cases of personnel development of Chinese enterprises” throughout China every year since 2009.
